Pumpkin Spice Chai Five Latte

Autumn.  The season of harvest, hay rides, bonfires and of course pumpkin spice....EVERYTHING!  

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 heaping tsps Chai Five tea

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 2 cups milk (any type will work)

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 -2 tbsp sugar (depending how sweet your tooth is)

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon *

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg *

  • 1/4 tsp allspice *

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger *

  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

  • Whip cream for garnish

*feel free to adapt the spice ratios to your own taste.

 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

  • ​Steep the Chai Five in boiling water.  Set aside.

  • In a small sauce pan add milk, puree, vanilla, sugar and spices.  Heat through but do not bring to a boil.

  • Pour in steeped Chai Five and stir.

  • Pour into two cups, top with whip cream and ground cinnamon

  • Enjoy!
