Any high-quality green tea of choice


  • 1 cup cooled green tea

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 cups frozen peaches


  1. Steep a cup of quality green tea

  2. Place tea in fridge to cool while steeping

  3. Add banana, milk, chia seeds, honey, and frozen peaches to a blender

  4. Pour in cooled green tea

  5. Blend and enjoy!
