Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Black Tea

  • 1 Tbsp Dried Peppermint

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 4 Ripe Oranges


Directions

  1. Put honey, black tea and peppermint leaves in a large tea pot.  Fill with boiling water.  Cover and refrigerate until cold.  At least 4 hours.

  2. Juice 3 or your ripe oranges, and slice the 4th and set aside.

  3. Pour cooled tea through a strainer into a large pitcher. 

  4. Add orange slices and orange juice.  Stir to mix.

  5. Pour over ice and enjoy.
