Low Carb Teaberry Smoothie
A low carb/keto friendly way to use up that cold cup of tea.
Ingredients

1 cup cold tea (I used chai)

1 cup frozen blueberries

2 tbsp whipping cream

1 tbsp ground flax seed
-
1/2 rip avocado
-
1 tsp powdered cinnamon

sweetener of choice (I used stevia)

6-7 large ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
