Chai Latte Overnight Oats
Enjoy the spicy warmth of a cup of chai with this easy grab-and-go breakfast.
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup strong chai tea
2/3 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
Put all ingredients into a jar or small container
Cover and shake well to mix ingredients
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, but preferably overnight
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise (optional)
