Chai Latte Overnight Oats

Chai Five


  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup strong chai tea

  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


  1. Put all ingredients into a jar or small container

  2. Cover and shake well to mix ingredients

  3. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, but preferably overnight

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise (optional)
